A-Pro® Taking Roof Inspections to new Heights.

German engineers are presently revolutionizing flying drones for inspecting buildings and structures for roof damage (refer to “Flying Robots Inspect Building from the Air,” by Sourceable.net Industry News).

But drone inspections aren’t just for high-budget engineering firms any more. A-Pro home inspection Rock Hill is leaning on drones for roof inspections throughout the greater Rock Hill in hard-to-access areas. Steep roof, chimneys and capturing aerial photography are just a few of the many things this new technology brings. A-Pro is planning to add Thermography to it’s roof inspection portfolio in the near future that will make it possible to see one’s environment with or without visible illumination.

  • Watch a video of a drone inspecting a chimney doing a roof inspection that is too dangerous to access by any other means. This footage from an inspection on a house with a steep-pitched roof gives a good sense of the kind of detail you can capture.
  • FAA today announced, it authorized “to fly a Phantom drone to enhance academic community awareness and augment real estate listing videos”.
